What counts as a request?

One REST call. WebSocket messages don't count against your quota — only the connection slots listed in your plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Plan changes apply immediately and billing is prorated to the day.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 3-day trial with full plan limits. Card trials collect no charge until the trial ends. Crypto trials require a non-refundable $5 deposit credited toward your first paid conversion.
